Using Google Earth was not fascinating to me except to find locations, directions and distances. After seeing the article linked below, I was astounded by the graphics sighted by satellite cameras focusing on our Earth. the pictures are more artistic than virtual images created by artists. I am giving a picture lifted from the gallery mentioned in the PC World article. The picture shows sand formation in the desert area of Algeria. Nature proves itself as a big artist.
Even at 63 and after retirement, I am willing to learn new things. Presently, I am learning software programming and 3D CAD & graphic operation. My background is mechanical engineering with experience in product support and project managements of MV diesel power stations and earthmoving equipment.
